ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please find attached notice of the Club's 2019 AGM on Tuesday 16th April, 6pm.
Please note that it is to be held on a Tuesday (rather than the usual Wednesday), and also note the new venue.
The meeting is to be held in the private banqueting suite at the rear of Cinnamon Spice, an Indian restaurant.
Some light snacks will be provided for consumption before and during the meeting, and refreshments will also be available.
We do hope that the event will be well attended, and members are of course most welcome to remain after the meeting for a more substantial dinner, and a catch up with their fellow Incogs.
Your confirmation of attendance would be most welcome as soon as possible, so that we may ensure an appropriate amount of food is pre-ordered.
The Minutes from our 2018 meeting are attached for your reference. The Accounts for 2018 shall be sent out as soon as they are finalised.
For your information, the Club's Annual Booklet and the 2019 Fixture List are currently with our printers, to be posted out shortly. The club's 2019 fixtures are also online now - playing members are urged to use the website to make themselves available as soon as possible.

The A.G.M. of the Club is an important occasion; it is also a good opportunity to meet
fellow members prior to the new season. You are urged to attend.

- Honorary Cricket Secretary’s Report.
- Presentation and approval of Accounts for the Year.
- Election of Officers.
The Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, the Keeper of the Scores and
Averages, Honorary Fixture Secretary, Honorary Cricket Secretary and the Club Welfare offer themselves for re-election.
- Appointment of an Honorary Auditor for 2019.
